About
One More Again Jewelry (OMA) is a jewelry practice by Heather David. Om represents the sacred. Ma represents nurture. Together, One More Again speaks to returning to creation as a grounding ritual.
Making jewelry is a way for me to slow down and settling into something whole. At the heart of it all is play. I don’t aim for perfection, but to make what feels intuitively right.
I find beauty in the textures, colors, and overlooked moments of my surroundings and reconitextualize them into wearable forms. Each piece becomes part of an ongoing puzzle to understand myself a little better in relation to the world around me.
I make each piece in my studio, right in my hometown of Queens, NYC. Materials are sourced from local partners when possible and raw castings are made with a local family-owned casting house.
I take a thoughtful approach to production. Everything is either made-to-order, one-of-one, or small-batch to minimize excess materials and labor.
