How long will it take to ship my order?

Most items are made-to-order and will take between 1-3 weeks to make and ship. Items listed as one-of-a-kind are ready made and will take up to 1 week to ship. 

Do you accept returns?

Returns will be accepted for credit only up to 7 days after package delivery date as long as the items are in the same condition as when purchased. 

I bought the wrong size ring. What can I do?

You can send your ring back to be re-sized at any time. A re-size fee will apply. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Please email with your order number and the name of the item to be re-sized for a quote.

Do you do custom orders?

Custom orders are taken on a case by case basis. Please send an email with the subject line “Custom Order”. Include your name, idea, metal type, ring size/chain length if applicable, and ideal turnaround time. If we decide to move forward, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the start of production.

I bought a piece of jewelry and have worn it past the point of just needing a good polish. What can I do?

The goal is for you to be able to wear your pieces for life. We strive for repair and care over new purchases. You can send your jewelry in for maintenance at any time. Please send us an email to learn more.
